SafetyOnSite ("we", "our", or "the app") is an AI-powered HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) inspection tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our application.
Account information: When you register, we collect your email address and name via Supabase authentication.
Photos: Images you take or upload for safety analysis are sent to our AI service for hazard detection. These images are not stored permanently on our servers.
Location data: With your permission, we collect approximate location to display on inspection reports. Location is never shared with third parties.
Usage data: We track the number of scans performed to manage free and pro plan limits.
We use your information solely to provide the SafetyOnSite service: to analyze site photos for safety hazards, generate reports, and manage your subscription. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Photos submitted for analysis are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI via our secure backend. Images are transmitted over encrypted connections and are not stored after analysis is complete.
Your account data and scan history are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.
We use the following third-party services:
— Supabase: authentication and database
— Anthropic Claude API: AI image analysis
— Google Play Billing: subscription management
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at boraalper@gmail.com. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
SafetyOnSite is intended for professional use by adults (18+) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the app or email.
